Brandon Charls

Brandon grew up near Pella, Iowa, and brings the Pella Passion and values to every aspect of his work. He earned a B.A. in Business Management, Accounting, and Finance from Central College and began his career at Pella Corporate, gaining broad operational and HR experience.

Since joining Pella Mid⁠-⁠Atlantic in 2019, Brandon has held multiple leadership roles and now oversees all operations teams, including coordination, warehouse, delivery, installation, and service. He also leads the company-wide data analytics initiatives, using insights and strategic planning to optimize processes, empower high-performing teams, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
