Jeromy Rodgers

As General Manager, Commercial Segment, Jeromy is responsible for the commercial sales for DC, Maryland, Virginia, Delaware shore and West Virginia. Jeromy joined Pella Mid⁠-⁠Atlantic in 2024 with 22 years of experience in the commercial construction industry. Prior to Pella Mid⁠-⁠Atlantic, Jeromy served as a member of the Executive Management team for the Hilti Group, where he held various progressive roles in sales, marketing, technical services, and sales management.

Jeromy’s passion and core focus centers around developing people to be successful and creating meaningful relationships with customers to ensure long-term sustainable partnerships.

Jeromy grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He received his B.A.A. from Northeastern State University with a degree in marketing and international business development. He now resides in New Market, MD with his wife and two children.
