Radoslav Lalicki

Radoslav joined Pella Mid⁠-⁠Atlantic in 2022. As CFO, his focus is on building a high-performing Finance team, developing efficient processes, and partnering with our Retail, Trade, Commercial, and Operations teams to lead the organization toward financial success.

Prior to Pella Mid⁠-⁠Atlantic, Radoslav served as Vice President of Finance at PERI, one of world’s largest suppliers of concrete formwork and scaffolding equipment, where he led Finance, Accounting, Contract & Risk, Procurement and IT departments for PERI’s USA business. He also spent many years at Stanley Black & Decker, global leader in the power and hand tools industry, where he progressed through various roles and areas of Finance, such as Treasury, Product Development Support, Commercial Finance, Margin Excellence, and most notably FP&A.

Radoslav earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Belgrade in Serbia, and an MBA from the Penn State University, focusing on Corporate Financial Analysis and Planning and Product and Market Development.

Radoslav lives in Baltimore, Maryland, with his wife and two children.
