
Pella Mid-Atlantic Referral Program

Terms & Conditions:
Eligibility: Anyone who refers another individual to our replacement/retail division who ultimately contracts/purchases with Pella Mid-Atlantic’s Retail division. Exceptions apply for Company Retail Sales Representatives and Service Representatives. This offer applies to our replacement/retail division and not our trade or commercial divisions. For your referral to qualify, you (the referring individual) must have:
— Emailed Customer-Referrals@pellamidatlantic.com or used the QR code, and provided the referee’s name, email, and phone number before the appointment is run.
— The referred customer’s retail appointment must be scheduled through the Company’s Contact Center. It may not be given directly to a Retail Sales Representative.
— The referred customer must be a new lead and customer to Pella Mid-Atlantic. If they have already purchased from Pella Mid-Atlantic in the past, have had a previous appointment, or are currently set up for an appointment, they will not qualify you for the referral program.
When do you receive your Amazon gift card?
— Once the referred customer signs a contract, you (the referring individual) will receive a $250 Amazon Gift Card.
— You will receive your card in the month after the contract is signed.
— The Amazon gift card will be emailed to you (the referrer’s email address) and must be accepted within 90 days before it expires. (It doesn’t need to be used within 90 days; it needs to be accepted.)
